The petite sirah, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, and zinfandel grapes used to make this red California wine are harvested in the early hours of the day from a variety of California vineyards before being masterfully welded together with love and precision to create the striking symphony of Saldo. This bottle of red wine features bold aromas and flavors of dark fruit, dried black berries, vanilla, raspberry, and mixed spices leading to a smooth, luscious finish. Barrel aging for 14 months in a combination of new French, American, and Hungarian oak as well as neutral barrels brings out the full flavors of this delicious red wine, adding to its exquisitely smooth palate. Pair this red wine blend with grilled meats, smoked cheeses, and charcuterie, or enjoy a glass of wine on its own.
