Blanco tequila, also known as silver tequila, is unaged or aged for less than two months. It offers bright, fresh flavors of agave, citrus, and pepper. Predominantly produced in Jalisco, Mexico, it is best enjoyed in cocktails or neat. Blanco tequila pairs well with ceviche and light appetizers.
