Placing your order
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there’s no minimum order amount required.
How do I check the status of an order?
Select “View your order” on any order or shipping confirmation email to check the status of your order.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
credit cards.
What can I expect to see on my card statement related tomy order from Vine & Cellar Reserve?
The description of the charge associated with your Vine & Cellar Reserve order will appear on your card statement as "VineCellarAlbertson".
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, order cancellations may be made within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please email Vine&Cellar@albertsons.com to cancel your order. Cancellations may not be made after 30 minutes of placing your order.
Can I make changes to my order?
No. Order changes or substitutions may not be made to your Vine & Cellar Reserve order after it is placed.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
In rare instances, we may run out of certain items after you place your order. If an item in your order becomes out of stock, we will fulfill the rest of your order and note on the emailed receipt shipping confirmation that said item was out of stock. You will be refunded for any out of stock items. Unfortunately, we don’t offer product substitutions at this time.
Shipping your order
Do you offer shipping in my area?
We currently only offer shipping to California addresses. We do not offer delivery to P.O. boxes, regardless of where in California they are located.
Do shipping fees apply to orders placed on Vine & Cellar Reserve?
Yes, shipping fees apply for all Vine & Cellar Reserve orders and are based on the average rates charged by our carrier and the size of your order.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
If orders are placed before 12:30 PM Pacific Time (Monday-Friday), they will typically ship same-business day. Otherwise, orders will typically be shipped the following business day. Once shipped, transit times are typically 1-2 days from our warehouse in Southern California. Unforeseen circumstances may occur and impact typical order processing and shipping times. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped with more information on how to track your shipment.
Do I need to be present at the time of delivery? Who can accept my order?
Someone age 21 or over with a valid photo identification must be present at the time of delivery to provide identification, accept, and sign for delivery, as alcoholic beverages are an age-restricted item. If someone 21+ years old is not present at the time of delivery, delivery will not be made. Our carrier will likely leave a delivery notice if the initial delivery attempt was unsuccessful and will make two additional delivery attempts before the order is returned to our warehouse. If this happens, please contact Customer Support for next steps.
Do you deliver to businesses?
Yes, we deliver to business addresses in California, subject to shipping limitations, see above “Do you offer shipping in my area?”. We do not offer delivery to P.O. boxes, regardless of where in California they are located.
Issues with your order
Can I return products from my Vine & Cellar Reserve order?
By law, we’re only allowed to accept returns of alcoholic beverages if they were purchased in error.
If I do receive products in error, how do I return it?
If you received the wrong product or a product you didn’t order, or if something was missing from your order, we encourage you email our team at Vine&Cellar@albertsons.com to address the issue. Please include your order number in the email. Business hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm PT.
I need help with my order or have an issue. How do I contact customer support?

Vine & Cellar Reserve and Albertsons Companies FAQs
How is Vine & Cellar Reserve different from Vine & Cellar? Can I use the same log in information for both accounts?
Vine & Cellar Reserve is an enhanced version of Vine & Cellar with expanded product offerings (such as our Wine Clubs!) and an improved navigation experience for customers who want to explore our expertly curated wine collection in more detail.
Vine & Cellar Reserve is separate from Vine & Cellar, and each site requires you to setup a unique account. Your account log-in on Vine & Cellar Reserve will not work on Vine & Cellar (and vice versa).
Vine & Cellar Reserve is owned and operated byAlbertsons Companies. Do I need to be an Albertsons for U member to place anorder on Vine & Cellar Reserve?
No, Vine & Cellar Reserve is separate from the Albertsons Companies general website, so each site requires you to setup a unique account. You do not need to be an Albertsons for U member to place an order in Vine & Cellar Reserve and your Albertsons for U credentials will not enable you to sign into Vine & Cellar Reserve.
Do Albertsons for U or Vine & Cellar offers and discounts apply to Vine & Cellar Reserve orders?
No, Albertsons for U and Vine & Cellar offers and discounts do not apply to Vine & Cellar Reserve orders. Similarly, Vine & Cellar Reserve discounts do not apply to Albertsons for U and Vine & Cellar products.
If I’m a FreshPass subscriber, do I get free shipping?
No, Vine & Cellar Reserve orders are excluded from FreshPass members’ unlimited delivery benefits.
Can I pick up my Vine & Cellar Reserve ordered items at my local Albertsons Companies grocery store?
No, Vine & Cellar Reserve orders are only available to be shipped directly to your address.
