Reposado tequila is aged for two months to one year in oak barrels, giving it a smooth, mellow flavor with notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak. Predominantly produced in Jalisco, Mexico, it is best enjoyed neat or in cocktails. Reposado tequila pairs well with grilled meats and spicy dishes.
