Description

Dark amber in color, with maple, walnut and other sweet-meets-nutty aromas. It's a bit tangy, but being as zesty as it is propels maple, white chocolate and apricot flavors. This one has depth and a very long finish, which makes it a regal but still approachable palo cortado. Overall it's similar to an amontillado, but with more pulsing, piercing acidity-Michael Shachener

Jerez

Jerez, located in southern Spain, is famous for its fortified Sherry wines. The region’s warm climate and chalky soils contribute to the unique flavors and styles of its wines, ranging from dry Fino to sweet Pedro Ximénez. Jerez’s traditional solera aging system adds complexity and depth to its Sherries. Fino Sherry is known for its light, crisp character with notes of almond and yeast, while Pedro Ximénez is rich and sweet, with flavors of dried fruit and caramel. The wines from Jerez are versatile and distinctive, perfect for pairing with a variety of foods or enjoying on their own.
