Description

Chateau Latour has played an important role in the region's history. Knowledge of the past is valuable in helping us to understand the property's current reputation. The oldest document mentioning Latour dates from 1331. Through inheritances and successive marriages, latour became the property of Alexandre de Segur, who was nicknamed the Prince of Vines by Louis XV. The chateau's real wine history began with the arrival of this family. In june 1993, Mr Francois Pinault bought the Allied Lyon's skate via his holding company Artemis. Chateau Latour thus became French again, after thirty years of British control.

The wines are a cellar selection from the Chateau and are currently store in the Vine & Cellar Temp Control Cave.
