Louis Jadot Pernand-Vergelesses Premier Cru rouge Clos de la Croix de Pierre Heritiers 2022

This clos is not far from the village of Pernand, on calcareous, stony soil, facing east. The Croix de Pierre is a large stone cross at the entrance to the vineyard. Most of the vineyard is planted to Pinot Noir. The fruit is fermented in tanks, and then the wine is matured in oak barrels for about 15 months before bottling.
