Domaine Bouard-Bonnefoy Bourgogne Blanc Cote d'Or 2022

The wine for this bottling is sourced from an estate vineyard (lieu-dit) 'Plantelonge,' at some 750 feet above sea level and facing southwest. It is located just east of villages-level vineyard 'Les Pierres' in the appellation of Chassagne-Montrachet. Soils are a mix of
clay and limestone. Vinification is done by gravity and there is 12-month ageing in oak barrels, 30% of which are new.
