Description

This premier cru, located on the lower slopes of the hill of Montagny, faces south-east. Its name is derived from an old French term for oak, and before vines were planted in the area it was densely forested with these trees. Wines produced from grapes grown here are aromatically expressive and always show a certain roundness and generosity but at the same time freshness to the palate.
