Description

Raphet's few rows of vines in Les Bussieres border premier cru Les Sentiers upslope, next to premier cru La Bussieres in Morey-Saint-Denis. Similar to Sentiers, the soils are deep and rich in clay. The grapes are hand-harvested. Fermented is completed on indigenous yeasts in tank. The wine is then aged in older French oak barrels for 18 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
