Description

Complex, savory aromas greet the nose, with shiitake mushroom upon newly rained-on soil, tarragon and soy. A layer of dark-fruit follows and crescendos with red-fruit intensity on the palate intertwined with iodine, kelp and black pepper. Compelling upon first sip and will grow in complexity with time in bottle. Best after 2028. - Wine Enthusiast (Anna-Christina Cabrales)
