Description

The history of Chateau Pedesclaux begins in the early 19th century when Pierre Pedesclaux buys various plots of vines and creates the estate. His wine will be chosen as the 5th Grand Cru Classe in 1855. Jacky Lorenzetti and his wife Francoise are both keen to expand their wine business after the purchase of Chateau Lilian Ladouys in 2008. The objective is clearly to bring wine back to a level more in line with its 1855 Classification. Located north of Pauillac, the 42 ha vineyard extends on soils of grave on clay subsoil.
