This is mostly Syrah, with Petite Sirah, Grenache and bits of Sangiovese and Touriga Nacional. Coming from top sites that include Olsen, Boushey, Ciel du Cheval, Kiona, Sagemoor and Upland, the aromas pop, with notes of fresh raspberry, dried herb, black pepper, Satsuma orange rind and flower. The palate is plump and flavorful, with the tannins giving a light grip-Sean.P. Sullivan
