How and when will I be billed for my subscription?
You will be charged for your first order when you check out. Your subscription will be billed every other month on the date of your original order until it is canceled. For instance, if you sign up for a wine club on June 2, you will be charged for your second shipment on August 2nd. You will receive an email a few days in advance notifying you of an upcoming charge.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped on the next business day after you are charged. For instance, if you are charged on Monday, your order will ship on Tuesday.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes! Please email Vine&Cellar@Albertsons.com at least two business days before your bill date to skip a delivery.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please email Vine&Cellar@Albertsons.com at least two days before your bill date to skip a delivery.
Can I personalize my wine shipments?
