Description

One of the most interesting producers in the Loire, Henri Bourgeois has a number of plots and vineyard sources from across Pouilly-Fume and Sancerre. This wine is sourced from one of the highest points in the AOC. “En Travertin” or travertine is a type
of limestone formed by sedimentation. The minerality of the site is evident in the bright, forward character of the Sauvignon Blanc on the nose, with a salty core and long finish on the palate.
