Santenay benefits from dual vocations: its thermal waters and wine, which are considered gifts from the water nymph and the god of wine. This terroir is located at the very southern tip of Cote de Beaune. There is a continuity of this terroir to neighboring Remigny. This wine presents sensitive nuances depending on the hillside.
