Dashwood Blanc Sauvignon Wine

This still-very-young wine has all the trademark Sauvignon Blanc aromas (grass, passion fruit, lemon-lime) with some white spice and oniony reduction notes, too. There's a bit of residual sugar visible on the palate. It sits a bit flat, but the pungent green herb and citrus flavors are there, too. — Christina Pickard
