Covenant Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Ideal conditions throughout the growing season brought the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to peak ripeness, resulting in vivid fruit flavors and soft, supple tannins. Fruit set for Cabernet Sauvignon was excellent, which allowed us to produce a wine that is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. 
This Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from two vineyards in the Oak Knoll appellation in the Napa Valley. We do not crush our grapes, but rather, let them gently release their juice as they ferment. Only the free-run wine is used for Covenant Cabernet 
Sauvignon.
