Cave de Gortona Sancerre Pinot Noir 2021

Winemaker Eric Louis' exploration of greater Loire terroir brought him to
Saint-Thibault, north of the village of Sancerre, to found Cave de Gortona.
Here on the banks of the river, traces of an ancient Roman settlement
point to an extensive viticultural history. Regional grapes grow on
alluvial soils, just outside the Sancerre appellation boundaries, and are
cared for sustainably. Cave de Gortona wines are fresh and refined and
lively - offering excellent value for the quality. This wine is the essence of Loire Valley Pinot Noir.
