Capezzano Villa di Carmignano 2018

The wine is made from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermented in 7 days, the wine spends an additional 13 days on the skins for an extended maceration. 70% of the wine is aged in small barrels and 30% in large barrels. There is significant complexity in this wine due to the interesting aromas provided by the Sangiovese and the depth provided by the Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2018 received 90+ points from most of the wine press.
