The Belles Cotes Sancerre is produced from vines with an average age of 30 years, mainly planted on a Limestone soil locally called les Caillottes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, aging on fine lees, no use of oak. A dry white wine with flowery fruits flavors on the palate, pleasantly combines smoothness and freshness
