If you have already placed an order, it will be shipped by December 10th. All orders are shipped ground delivery with UPS. After UPS picks up a package, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days depending on UPS capacity.

We are unable to accommodate order holds or requests for specific delivery dates. All orders will be shipped as soon as they are ready - no later than December 10th. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Order cancellations may be made within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please email Vine.Cellar@VineCellarReserve.com to cancel your order. Cancellations may not be made after 30 minutes of placing your order. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Order changes or substitutions may not be made to your Vine & Cellar Reserve order after it is placed. 

By law, we are only allowed to accept returns of alcoholic beverages if they were (i) purchased or received in error or (ii) damaged when received.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of placing your order. Return requests made after that time will be rejected. To process a return request, please contact our customer support team at  Vine.Cellar@VineCellarReserve.com to address the issue. Please refer to our Terms of Use for full policy details.
